This XIAOYING cat eye gel captures that same electric depth and adds a magnetic light-beam effect that moves as you tilt your hand. 1. Prep nails and apply base coat, then cure
2. Apply a thin layer of the Klein Blue cat eye gel and cure
3. Apply a second coat, then immediately hold a cat eye magnet close to the nail for 5–10 seconds to create the light-beam effect
4. Cure under a UV/LED lamp without moving the magnet away until just before placing under the lamp
5. Finish with a top coat and cure to seal
